01 The six services

Six services. One way of building them.

Each page goes deep on one kind of work. They share the same habits: a person approves what matters, every step is logged, and you own what we build.

02 We run what we build

Four layers under everything we run. Hosting with us is a choice, not a lock-in.

Whatever we build for you, the same four layers sit underneath it. We run them for the clients who want that. For the rest, we hand them over in writing.

  1. 01 · Infrastructure

    Managed servers in the EU

Built in the UK and hosted on managed servers in the EU, under UK GDPR. A database, a queue and separate workers for long-running jobs, with nightly snapshots.

  2. 02 · Observability

    Every run visible

Logs, alerts, run status and error routes, and a place where your team can see what happened without reading raw output.

  3. 03 · Version control

    Every change recoverable

Workflows, notes and configuration changes kept under version control, so a working system can be restored after a bad edit or a platform update.

  4. 04 · Human review

    A person where it matters

Steps that classify, extract or draft get a review path when confidence is low. We design the handoff instead of pretending every record can be processed blindly.

03 Every build includes

Five things ship with every system. None of them are optional.

  1. 01

    A human approval gate

Anything that reaches a customer, moves money or carries risk waits for a person to approve it.

  2. 02

    An audit log

Every run records what arrived, what the system decided and what it did, so a person can check the trail later.

  3. 03

    Alerts to a person

Failures go to someone who can actually fix them. A workflow that fails quietly is worse than no workflow at all.

  4. 04

    Documentation and handover

Written so another competent team could pick the system up without us.

  5. 05

    Yours to keep

The workflows, the accounts, the credentials and the documentation belong to you. Hosting with us is a choice, not a lock-in.

04 Questions

Eight questions, answered straight.

The same answers we'd give on a call, written down so you don't need the call to get them.

Q-01 What's the typical engagement length?

It ranges from two to four weeks for a first workflow or proof of concept (a chat assistant for your team, an inbox-to-shared-drive pipeline) up to eight to twelve weeks for a production system with several linked workflows. We'll tell you a realistic range inside the first call. No upfront commitment, and no retainer unless you choose hosting and support, which runs month to month and you can stop. You pay for scoped work, then decide if the next phase makes sense.

Q-02 How do you price your work?

Every build is quoted as a fixed figure after a discovery call, once we know how many systems are involved and how much judgement the work carries. We don't publish a rate card, because a number on a website is priced to the website, not to your process. Model usage, hosting and third-party platform fees are itemised separately and agreed before anything goes live. Our two products are sold as subscriptions.

Q-03 Do you do one-off builds, or is it always a subscription?

Both, depending on what you need. Automations and integrations are one-off builds with optional hosting and monitoring afterwards. Our two products are subscriptions because they are recurring work packaged as software. We'll point you to whichever model actually fits, not whichever is more profitable for us.

Q-04 What happens after launch?

Two options. One, we host the system on managed servers in the EU, monitor it, keep it alive and handle updates as models and APIs drift. Two, we hand it over to your team with documentation and step back. Both are fine. What we don't do is build something, disappear, and let it rot.

Q-05 Can I start with just one service?

Yes. Most clients start with a single workflow or one integration, see it work in their own environment, then expand. There's no minimum contract, no platform lock-in, no mandatory stack. If you just need an invoice-triage automation and nothing else, that's a perfectly valid engagement.

Q-06 Is the code custom, or do you reuse templates?

Custom architecture every time. What we reuse across projects are solved patterns, not boilerplate: auth flows, deployment setup, monitoring, error handling. So we don't spend your budget rebuilding infrastructure that's already been figured out. The product itself is shaped around your business, not bent to fit our template.

Q-07 Where is everything hosted?

Built in the UK. Hosted on managed servers in the EU, under UK GDPR. Containerised deployments, nightly snapshots, and a dedicated database, cache and orchestration layer. Where a workflow calls an AI model, we tell you which provider, where it processes the data and what it keeps, before anything goes live. If you need a different region or your own cloud account, we can deploy there too.

Q-08 What if the AI breaks or a model gets updated?

That is what the managed option covers. When a model is updated and behaviour drifts, or an API retires an endpoint, we fix it. You don't wake up to a broken workflow because a vendor shipped a new model version overnight. We own the monitoring and the fix.
